I think on reality shows the people are all playing to the cameras...I prefer the ones that are contests..."Shear Genius" ( which can be really taxing to watch sometimes ) and "The Next Food Network Star" ( I've picked the last two winners )
OOH! I love Jon and Kate Plus 8! She really is wonder woman! And it's so real - they've got nothing to hide, which I love.
